STERNS RESIGNS AS HEAD CALHOUN HIGH FOOTBALL COACH

(05/08/2008)

Coach Bryan Sterns has stepped down as head football coach at Calhoun County High School.

His announcement came this week after talking to coaches and members of the football team, according to Jim Sullivan, Voice of the Red Devils.

Sterns has had a successful tenure at the helm of the Red Devils.

He has taken the Red Devils to the play-off two of the last three seasons, the second and third times in school history.

He cites "time and family" as the reason for his departure.
