NEW TERM OF CIRCUIT COURT OPENS |

| Today is the opening of a new term of Circuit Court in Grantsville, with court being in session Tuesday and Wednesday. Several juvenile cases, a name change case, an adoption case and a bench trial is scheduled for today. Judge Thomas Evans III will issue sentencing Wednesday for Jennifer Jones and Amber Jo Wilson.
