CALHOUN REPUBLICANS WILL HOLD COUNTY CONVENTION THURSDAY

Calhoun County Republicans will be holding a county convention Thursday. The event will be at 6 p.m. in the Little Courtroom at the Calhoun County Courthouse in Grantsville. County Republicans will select new members for the Calhoun County Executive Committee and elect delegates to the WV State Convention to be held in Flatwoods on June 28, according to state GOP Chairman Doug McKinney. Attendees at the state convention will vote on national committee members as well as determining the 2008 party platform. All registered Republicans are invited and may participate in the process.
