Earlier this week in Calhoun Circuit Court, a case against Howard Lowers was continued, related to a possible plea bargain. A suspension hearing was held in a case against Gary Ferrell and the court ordered a mental examination in a case against Seth Denmark. FRIDAY'S DOCKET - State vs. William Vandal, arraignment, Rocky Holmes attorney - State vs. Josh Haymaker, review, Kevin Harris attorney - State vs. Christopher Todd Smith, arraignment, Joshua Downey attorney - Seven juvenile cases are also on the docket.
