Barbara Lay congratulates Tim McCumbers

Minnie Hamilton Health System took time last week to recognize one of its exemplary employees, Tim McCumbers, Daytime Maintenance Supervisor.
While working full-time, Tim has attended and completed classes toward becoming a Master Electrician. Tim successfully passed the 6-hour state master electrician exam and received his certification on March 13. With this certification, Tim can perform commercial, industrial or residential electrical work.
He can also train up to three apprentices at a time. Tim has worked hard the past couple of years to further his education. He has received a two-year degree in heating and air conditioning.
McCumbers is currently working toward an Electrical Engineering Degree through WVU-Tech. During the recognition event, CEO Barbara Lay said she was proud of any employee who takes the steps to increase their knowledge and skills.
