OLD MINNORA SCHOOL COMPLEX UP FOR SALE - Bids Being Sought For Canopy

The Calhoun County Committee on Aging (CCCOA) will accept sealed bids for the former Minnora Elementary School property, consisting of the school building, the gymnasium with 400 amp electrical service and 3.29 acres m/l.

To view the property call 354-7017. Please mark the outside of the envelope Minnora Bid and mail to CCCOA P.O. Box 434 Grantsville, WV 26147. CCCOA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Bid deadline is April 24, 2008.

The CCCOA will accept bids from licensed/bonded contractors to build a canopy in front of the senior center in Grantsville.

All bidders must use prevailing wage in the calculation of the bid. Please see Mike Ritchie for project information or call 354-7017. Bid deadline is May 9, 2008.
