Marjorie Ruth Williams, 85 - Spencer

Marjorie Ruth Williams, 85, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away march 11, 2008 at Miletree Health Care Center following a long illness. Born October 22, 1922 in Roane County, she was a daughter of the late Levingston and Ida Bell Miller Greathouse. She was a member of the Church of the Living God in Spencer. Surviving are two sons, Roger Williams of Elizabeth and Richard Williams of Reedy; 1 daughter, Carol Bottenfield of Spencer; 1 brother, Rev. Harry Greathouse of Manchester, Ohio; 2 sisters, Betty Seymore and Macel Schreckengost both of Barberton, Ohio; 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Williams, 5 grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 15 at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg with Rev. Randy Wilson officiating. Interment will be in the Betts Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.
