Circuit Court will be in session today in Grantsville, with Judge David W. Nibert presiding. Three felony cases will be before the court. - State vs. Michael Lee Duncan, hearing on a motion for reduction of bond, John Oshoway attorney - State vs, Barbara Jo Walker, arraignment, Ernie Skaggs attorney - State vs. Matthew Clay Bell, sentencing, Kevin Postalwait attorney -There are also a number of juvenile cases before the court.
