$100,000 BOND SET FOR DENMARK IN KIDNAPPING CASE |

| Judge David Nibert held a hearing Thursday for William Seth Denmark, who is accused of kidnapping and has been held in Central Regional Jail since he was charged. Nibert set bond at $100,000, allowing Denmark to be released on home confinement. Denmark is charged in the alleged abduction of three Calhoun girls. - Jimmy Lee Sandy pled not guilty, will go to trial April 1. - Howard C. Lowers, pled not guilty, will go to trial April 1. - Danny Walker, pled not guilty, will go to trail May 16. - Barbara Jo Walker, case continued. - Stephen Buvoltz, pled guilty on two counts of brandishing. |
