WALTON MAN WHO ALLEGEDLY SHOT WIFE HAS DIED

A Walton man who allegedly shot his ex-wife before attempting to kill himself has died. Police say Nolan Ray "Billy" Kuhn, 45, shot Candis Kuhn-Kane, 43, of Marmet in his home on Robinson Run, near Walton, Roane County. Police reports say the family dog was also found dead at the scene. The incident occurred on February 17. Gunshot wounds of each victim were to the head by a .22 caliber rifle. Kuhn was life-flighted to CAMC, where he underwent emergency surgery and remained in critical condition.
