After some time of worrying about how Daddy was doing. Sleeping a lot during the day and wanting to go to bed early and sleeping late. I made an appointment at Big Otter Clinic. Tuesday afternoon at l:30 Blaine King and I had him there. He was given a test to see if he was depressed and passed. Followed by a urine test and blood work for a PSA.

The urine test showed a urinary tract infection and a seven day prescription was prescribed as Blaine and I drove to Spencer to fill that evening so he would be able to take it with his evening pills. The doctor said maybe that was the problem.

Today is Thursday and after only four pills we can tell the difference. He's ready to argue instead of sleep. Ha. The Clinic called today, Thursday, and we have an appointment at the hospital in Gassaway for a Kidney Ultra Sound Monday the 25th at 9:00 a.m. No food, no water. Let you know how things turn out. Never know what you can stop.

The next evening we all played four games of dominoes, Daddy won two and Blaine and I both one.

Up at 6:00 a.m. Monday morning, took the trash out, washed the dishes, made my bed and when Daddy got up I told him he could have nothing to eat or drink except for enough to take his pills. Blaine was here at 7:00 and we left around 8:00 to pick up order for his kidney ultra sound and by 10:30 we were finished with the tests. Will hear from the Big Otter Clinic Tuesday afternoon. There were cysts present but it's normal in men over 50. Many thanks to Blaine for helping us out.

That same day I was able to get to Dr. Rick Magly's office a little after 11:00 to watch Heather's children while she completed her appointment. Then we were heading home for a nice evening.

Visited with William and Goldie Rush Sunday evening. They've been under the weather for over three days. Goldie showed me a white squirrel that she shot some years ago and had mounted. It was really white. Hope they feel well soon.

While Ray and I were waiting at the hospital Edgar Weekly spoke to Daddy and they remembered old times.

Charles Haverty stopped by while Heather and the girls were here. He brought suckers for the girls and fed Lea her first taste of sucker. She loved it. I was so good to hear that they could be here on Ruby's 2nd birthday. Lea is 2 months on March 4th.

Heather brought me a digital camera and I'm looking forward to learning how to use it.

Pigs are getting fat. Buddy the cat disappears when the girls are here.

Everyone have a wonderful week!
