| Melvin R. Siers, 64, of Rosedale, West Virginia, died at his residence Tuesday, February 19, 2008.
Mr. Siers was born June 12, 1943 a son of the late Earl and Hallie Sampson Siers.
He is survived by a brother, Pete Siers of Rosedale; sister, Pearl Wildman of Jacksonville, Florida; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Marion Everette, Walter Lee, and Robert Lee Siers; and a sister, Myrl Kaye.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, February 22 at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg, WV. Interment will be in the Cottrell Cemetery on Frozen Run.
Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
