BRUSH FIRE OUT OF CONTROL IN BRAXTON - Upper West Fork VFD Gives Assistance, Calhoun EMS Responds To Arnoldsburg Collision

Calhoun EMS and the Arnoldsburg VFD responded to a two-vehicle accident at Speedy Mart in Arnoldsburg yesterday. The accident was reported at 12:54 p.m. and one or more of the occupants was transported to Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center. The Upper West Fork VFD dispatched two trucks after a request for assistance was received from Braxton County. The department responded at 10:30 p.m. to a forest fire on Mill Fork, which is accessed by Mount Run near Rosedale. A Braxton 911 dispatcher said it was a considerable fire.
