The $4.5 million line will bring water to 200 residents along W.Va. 5, 14, 53 and the Wells Lock area.

The Jessica Lynch Water Project dedication will be at 2 p.m. at the Wirt County Courthouse.

The Lynch family home is one of the areas where water lines are being extended.
