Virgie Mae Fisher, 70 - Spencer

Virgie Mae Fisher, 70, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away January 29, 2008 at Roane General Hospital, Spencer. Born at Nicut, Calhoun County, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Ona Mae McCumbers Knicely. Surviving are four sons, Junior Fisher, III of Ripley, Robert Dale Fisher of Warren, Ohio, Russell Wayne Fisher and John Martin Fisher both of Spencer. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Fisher; an infant son, David Lee Fisher; 2 sisters and a brother. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, February 2 at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg. Interment will be in the Mt. Run Cemetery at Nicut. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening.
