HIGH WIND ADVISORY TONIGHT

(01/29/2008)
A Wind Advisory is in effect from 9 pm until 7 am EST Wednesday.

A strong cold front will push through tonight. Wind gusts of 40 to 55 mph are possible. Ahead of the front the wind will be from the south or southwest, then quickly shift with the frontal passage.

As the colder air pours in those strong wind gusts will be from the west.

Winds of these speeds could cause some weak tree branches to snap. Electric power outages or fluctuations are possible.
