MAN FACING EXTRADITION - Circuit Court Starts

An Ohio man who was arrested by Cpl. J. B. Hunt of the State Police in Calhoun County Sunday for violating his parole for an armed robbery in Franklin County, Ohio, is scheduled for an appearance in Calhoun Circuit Court.

John Harrison Eckels will appear before Judge David W. Nibert in Grantsville, a hearing on a waiver regarding extradition.

Calhoun's newly appointed prosecuting attorney Shelly Morris Demarino will be in court today.
