Elizabeth Town Hall will be open today from 8 a.m. to 12-noon for anyone wishing to file for elected offices. As of January 25, 2008, those filing for Mayor and Town Council: Mayor: Kenneth Stempowski Ben Riggs Council: Russell Cline Carl "Bud" George Don "Judge" Earle Jackie Davis Denzil "Junior" Fint The Mayor's salary is $3600 per year. Alderman (Assistant Mayor)is $1200 per year. Council is $600.00 per year.
