She was born March 22, 1959, in Spencer, daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Peggy Marie Casto Carter of Arnoldsburg, W.Va. Survivors include her husband, Donald Clute, one daughter, Tabitha Clute; one son, Joe Clute; five sisters, Donna Krantz of Spencer, Vicky Dye and Lisa Wigal both of North Carolina, Pamela Baxter of Florida and Teresa McClain of Maryland. Service is 2 p.m. Sunday at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer. Viewing two hours prior to service.
