Two candidates, both Democrats, have filed for Wirt County Sheriff - Rob Kimes and Darrell Null, who previously served as sheriff. Roy H. Copen (Democrat) has filed for County Commission. Leslie Maze (Democrat) has filed for Prosecutor. Debbie Hennen (Democrat) and Pamela Nicolias (Republican), candidates for Assessor. Incumbents David Roberts (Republican) and Janey Wigal (Democrat) have filed for Magistrate. Chuck Mills and Jerry Ash have filed for Board of Education.
