COMMISSION PREPARES FOR ELECTION

The Calhoun Commission will process a number of items in preparation for this year's election, Monday's meeting starts at 9 a.m. at the County Courthouse in Grantsville. Some of the items on the agenda: - Appoint ballot commissioners Jan. 15th-30th - Appointing a new prosecuting attorney - Set dates for Board of Equalization and review for February, review letter regarding budget from County Clerk Richard Kirby - Administrative assistant to commission - Handbook completion - MOV Health Department - Committee Reports - Diane Ludwig, LKADC - Review all commission appointments to boards and authorities - Grants, contracts, applications and resolutions
