CALHOUN MAN ARRESTED AFTER ALLEGEDLY FIRING SHOTS INTO HOUSE

A Calhoun man has been arrested for wanton endangerment, a felony, following an incident Friday evening on Little White Oak Road.

Brian Mitchell Jarvis, 30, was charged by Deputy Justin Metheney, after what was a reportedly a domestic situation.

The Calhoun Sheriff's Department and a State Police officer from Roane County responded to "shots being fired into a house" in the rural area a short distance from Rt. 16 near Chloe.

Reports indicated a male subject came to a residence and began firing shots into the structure. He was then "removed from the scene by his father," before officers arrived.

Reports indicated other altercations had happened or were happening linked to the incident.

Bond had not been set for Jarvis Saturday morning.
