A single vehicle wreck resulted in minor injuries to the driver, just before
noon Saturday. The pick-up truck went out of control on Rt. 16 north of Big
Springs, landing on its top. Calhoun EMS and the Grantsville VFD responded
to the accident near the intersection of Bowser Road.
Several accidents have been reported in the past 72 hours, several of them
related to the slippery condition of the highways after showers moved
across the area.
