MHHS FREE FREEDOM FROM SMOKING CLASSES

Submitted by Barb McKown Are you a smoker looking for ways to quit? Minnie Hamilton Health System is now offering Freedom from Smoking classes. The classes are free and open to anyone interested in learning more about the program. The program focuses on behavioral changes in a positive way and has been helping people for over twenty years. Interested participants are encouraged to come to the first meeting to see what the program has to offer. Each person will receive a handbook, personal CD player and a relaxation CD. The first class will be held on Thursday, January 10th from 5:30-7:00 p.m. in the Education Room at MHHS. The leader for the classes will be Barb McKown. For more information about the Freedom from Smoking program, call Barb at 354-9244 or come to the first session in January.
