The month of November was a busy month in the Arnoldsburg Head Start Pre-K collaborative classroom. Our topic of study for the month was farms, animals, and pets.

The children made, with the help of the teachers, a red barn.

They also went fishing down at the pond, over from the barn.

On November 15th, one of the moms came and read to the children. The children enjoyed the story she read. Thank you Crystal. We hope you come and read to us again.

November 29th we had a reviewer from CDI Head Start who came to observe our classroom. She was really excited about the pictures the children have taken and about the books the children and their parents made together and sent in to use in the classroom. Way to go parents. Keep up the great work.

November 29th we went on a field trip to the veterinary office at Big Bend. The children enjoyed the ride and the visit in the office. They got to see where Dr. Joe Cain and his son Dr. Dan Cain work. Dr. Joe Cain did a great job showing the children around. Thank you Dr. Cain.
