COURTHOUSE ANNEX REPAIRED AFTER LIGHTNING HIT

After a direct lightning strike this past summer which knocked stone from the chimney of the Calhoun Courthouse Annex, formerly the county jail building, and knocked shingles from the roof, ending in the destruction of the porch awning - all has been fixed and returned to normal
