William Albert "Seth" Denmark, 20, of the Beech area and Spencer, was arraigned yesterday before a Calhoun magistrate, charging him with three counts of kidnapping.
Thomas John McCullough, 19, of Orma, has been in Central Regional Jail, also charged with three counts of kidnapping.
The men allegedly took three Calhoun girls, ages 10, 14, and 16, against their will on October 5.
Denmark's father, William Denmark, 50, of Orma, was charged yesterday with obstructing Deputy Justin Metheney and with disorderly conduct.
Denmark was in Magistrate Rick Postalwaite's court regarding the kidnapping case.
Deputy Metheney, in his complaint, said Denmark got "loud" and was "asked to leave the courthouse."
"The accused stood up in this officer's face and said 'You got it coming bud'," after which he was arrested. |
