Larry Edward "Bud" Lane, 66 - Nicut

Larry Edward "Bud" Lane, 66, of Nicut, Calhoun County, West Virginia, passed away October 22, 2007 at his home. Born in Calhoun County, he was a son of the late Ralph and Arlie Harold Lane. He was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church at Nicut. Surviving are four sisters, Jean Sears of Nicut, Brenda Davisson of Florida, Ruth Morgan of Wisconsin and Nancy Stemple of Arnoldsburg; 7 brothers, Denzil Lane of Pennsylvania, William Paul Lane and Everett Lane both of Nicut, Howard Lane of Orma, Ronnie Lane of Ravenswood, Michael Lane of Florida, and Charles Lane of Mississippi; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, James Earl Lane. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, October 26 at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg. Interment will be in the Beech Grove Baptist Church Cemetery at Nicut. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
