MCKINSTRY WINS COMPUTER IN CONSTITUTION CONTEST

(10/15/2007)
Hayli McKinstry, a senior at Calhoun High School, has won a new notebook computer in a contest sponsored by Attorney General Darrell McGraw and Secretary of State Betty Ireland.

West Virginia high school seniors were tested on their knowledge of the United States Constitution in an online test in September.

To be eligible to win the computer students had to score 100%. If more than one student from each county had a perfect score, the winner was determined by a random drawing.

Hayli plans to attend West Virginia University in the fall of 2008, majoring in art.
