ATV WRECK SENDS TWO TO HOSPITAL - Driver Abandons Burning Car

A driver and passenger received injuries early Saturday in an ATV crash near Cabot Station.

They were taken to MHHS by Calhoun EMS.

EMS and the Grantsville VFD responded at 5:30 a.m. to an area near the Hosey farm off State Rt. 5, west of Grantsville.

The nature of the injuries not learned.

EMS and the Arnoldsburg VFD responded to an ATV wreck on Spring Run Sunday afternoon, but the driver was not at the scene when they arrived.

The Arnoldsburg VFD responded to a car fire at 2:43 a.m. Wednesday morning on Altizer Rd., about 11 miles from Arnoldsburg.

The department dispatched two pumpers to the blaze between Rocksdale and Richardson.

The unlicensed car was abandoned by the driver in the middle of the highway and was described as a total loss.
