REV. STRICKLAND WILL BE HONORED FOR 50 YEARS SERVICE

A 50th anniversary celebration for well-known Roane County clergyman Rev. Leon Strickland will be held Saturday, October 6th in Spencer. Rev. Strickland has pastored 19 different churches during the past 50 years, and is currently pastor of Epling Chapel Church at Looneyville. He has served churches in Calhoun County. The reception will be held at the Committee on Aging Center from 2-4 p.m.
