Grantsville's old grade school built in 1926 is up for sale. Farmhouse Realty has the property listed for sale at $85,000. The ad says the two story building with basement is on a one acre lot. It "needs improving" but has "great potential," the ad concludes. The old Calhoun County High School complex in Grantsville is also for sale again, with several parties reportedly showing interest in the property.
