RT. 5 CRASH SENDS DRIVERS TO HOSPITAL

Two cars collided at Cha-Tis Convenience Store on Rt. 5, just east of the Grantsville town limits. The Wednesday afternoon accident sent at least two persons to the hospital. Calhoun EMS transported a 28-year-old female driver to Minnie Hamilton Health System. The other female driver was transported by private auto. Both vehicles were heavily damaged. The Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department and State Police responded to the scene.
