PAROLE REVOKED FOR WILSON - Cain Pleads Guilty To Welfare Fraud

Judge David Nibert held court Tuesday in Grantsville.

The court revoked parole for Walter Wilson III Tuesday, originally charged with a drug offense. A further decision about the disposition of the case is being scheduled.

Sarah Cain pled guilty to welfare fraud, and will be sentenced at a later date.

There was a filing of information on a case related to grand larceny against Brian Lamp.

The court heard information regarding the failure to register as a sex offender against Brandon Lee Rose.

A status hearing was held in a felony case against Gary Paul Ferrell.

A case review was conducted in the Josh Haymaker case.

The re-trial of a murder case against Ronnie Rush, transferred to Jackson County, is scheduled for November 6th, with a pre-trial hearing is set for October 1st.
