CAITLIN WEAVER ATTENDING COTTEY COLLEGE - Interested Students Can "C" The School

(09/13/2007)
Cottey College, a two-year liberal arts and sciences school for women, located in Nevada, Missouri is offering prospective students an opportunity to "C" the college during two weekend events.

Unique to Cottey is the International Experience for all second-year students.

Each student will have the opportunity to travel abroad as part of the curriculum. Past trips have included London, Paris, and Madrid.

Best of all, the program will not cost the students any additional money, either in program or transportation fees or in tuition increases.

Caitlin Weaver, a second year Cottey student from Grantsville, West Virginia returned to Cottey on August 25.

Caitlin is active in Cottey POPS (choir) and is the Suite Chairperson for the Ohio Suite.

Caitlin has chosen Florence, Italy as her International Experience destination this year.

The "C" For Yourself Weekends are schedule for October 19-21, 2007 and April 18-20, 2008.

Students will spend two nights in one of the college's suites, see the state-of-the-art facilities during a campus tour, and get the latest information about admission, financial aid and transferring.

Prospective students will also have the opportunity to meet with faculty and current students in the academic areas they are planning to pursue. A shuttle is available from the Kansas City Airport to Cottey College.
