Former POW Jessica Lynch will be at WVU's Children's Hospital this morning to announce a new program called "Jessi's Pals."
Lynch plans to donate stuffed animals to Children's Hospital patients along with announcing a new campaign that she hopes will increase donations to the hospital.
West Virginia University Hospital officials will join the Wirt County native for the announcement.
