ARRAIGNMENT SCHEDULED FOR FORMER GRANTSVILLE CHIEF

Former Grantsville Police Chief Ron Gordon is scheduled for arraignment at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Calhoun Circuit Court. The arraignment is before David W. Nibert related to an indictment brought against Gordon for sexual assault by special prosecutor Tom Kirk. Also scheduled for court: - State vs. Alfred Rose, hearing on motion for parole, Rocky Holmes counselor - State vs. Dennis Cottrill, plea, Rocky Holmes counselor - State vs. Christina Vandal, sentencing, Drew Patton counselor. - Bevins, et al vs. Ballengee et al, hearing on plaintiffs motion to withdraw from mediation agreement, counselors Drew Patton and Jerome Novobilski
