SPENCER'S MILETREE CENTER SOLD FOR $3.4 MILLION

A Spencer nursing home is part of 25 facilities recently purchased by FC-GEN Acquisition, Inc. from Genesis HealthCare Corporation in a $125 million deal. The WV Health Care Authority has approved the deal involving 25 facilities around the state. Spencer's Miletree Center was sold for $3.4 million.
