Cheri Peters, a recovering addict, will be speaking and meeting tonight in Spencer at 7 p.m. for those who want to help addicts.
The meeting will be at the Living Waters Community Center, 146 Main, near Wendy's.
Peters will also be speaking at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the same location regarding recovery from addictions.
Peters is hosting both radio and television programs, broadcast world-wide by 3ABN and Sky Angel Networks.
These weekly shows focus on recovery from various addictions: drugs, alcohol, Internet porn, sexual addictions, eating disorders, self mutilation, and the more common ones such as depression, anger, bitterness, and unforgiveness.
