Deloris Jean Jones, 53 - Walker

Deloris Jean Jones, 53, of Walker passed away June 7, 2007, at her home following an extended illness. Born in Calhoun County, she was a daughter of the late Ford and Ruby Goodnight. Surviving are four daughters, Janet Jones and Jade Butler, both of Walker, Connie Sutton of Williamstown and Stacie Willis of Waverly; five sisters, Sandra Arthur of Parkersburg, Helen Belt of Vienna, Patricia Metz of Kentucky, Diana Stevens of Elizabeth and Phyllis Mahan of Florida; five brothers, Gary Freed of Brohard, Roy Goodnight and Robert Goodnight, both of Parkersburg, Gerald Goodnight of Lubeck and Denzil Goodnight of Mineral Wells; grandchildren, Nikki Jones, Ralph Jones, Jacob Sutton, Jared and Johnathan Sutton, Michael Willis and Destiny Jones; a special friend and companion, Randy Elder. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Shirley Ray Goodnight. Funeral services will be 12-noon Tuesday, June 12 at the Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville. Interment will be in the Goodnight Cemetery at Big Bend. Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
