TRUCK STRIKES ELECTRIC POLE, NO INJURIES

A pick-up truck driven by Jacob Richards of Big Springs went out of control and struck an electric pole at the Pleasant Hill UM Church about 11 a.m. Thursday. Richards was not injured, but a wheel on his truck was knocked-off during the impact. Calhoun EMS and the Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene.
