WOMAN TAKEN TO ROANE GENERAL AFTER ORMA CRASH

A woman was taken to Roane General Hospital early today after her car went out of control on State Rt. 16 south of the Orma Post Office in a sharp turn. Calhoun EMS responded to the accident at 2:39 a.m. with the Arnoldsburg VFD. No report was available on the woman's condition, but her auto sustained heavy damage. There was fog and the roads have been slippery with recent rainfall. Police are investigating.
