KNOTTS MEMORIAL OFFERS PRAYER CHAPEL

(05/29/2007)
As part of their Community Outreach Program the members of Knotts Memorial United Methodist Church have opened a brand new Prayer Chapel. The church invites one and all to feel free to use it.

Recently refurbished by a local craftsman, the Chapel offers a comfortable and more intimate setting to reach out and commune with the Lord.

The Prayer Chapel is open to the public from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Wednesday. There are absolutely no requirements to utilize this serene setting. Nor will anything ever be asked of you. It was designed for everyone and anyone desiring an opportunity to spend some time with God in prayer or meditation.

Secluded and comfortable, inviting and quiet, this chapel may just be the thing that helps you through a troubling situation. Be it crisis or celebration, this is the place to offer it up.

Sample prayers and prayer request cards for your use can be found inside the Chapel. A member of Knotts UMC will be on the premises to answer any questions you may have. With respect for your privacy however, they will not be inside the Prayer Chapel unless you ask them to join you.
