Robert M. Lane, 64 of Grantsville, WV formerly of Michigan, died Thursday, September 6 at St.
Joseph Hospital, Parkersburg, WV.
He was born at Kalamazoo, Michigan and was a son of the late Harold and Dorothy Blake Lane.
He was a control engineer for General Motors Ford and Chrysler Corporation. He was a
member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles
He is survived by his long time friend and companion, Ilene Compton of Grantsville. He was the
last member of his family.
There will be no visitation. Private burial will be in Michigan with Stump Funeral Home,
Grantsville in charge of arrangements. |
