LADY PIONEERS BEGIN WVIAC TOURNAMENT PLAY

Right fielder Karly Eskew was all hustle, stretching to catch the low fly ball against the University of Charleston. Eskew made the play, and held fast to the ball, in spite of the second baseman colliding with her moments after the photo was taken. (Photo by Drew Moody) The Glenville State College Lady Pioneers softball team played the University of Charleston Sunday. Glenville lost both games by a score of 0-2. The Lady Pioneers head into the WVIAC Tournament this weekend with a 13-13 WVIAC record, finishing 9th in the conference. GSC's overall record is 19-33.
