Michael John Smith (L) Jeremy David Parker (R) Matthew Dewayne Rhodes (L) Christopher Shawn Anderson (R) It was a busy law enforcement day in Roane County yesterday, with at least 4 residents incarcerated in Central Regional Jail. - Michael John Smith, 25, 3rd degree arson, destruction of property, obstructing an officer, trespassing and battery. - Jeremy David Parker, 27, joyriding. - Matthew Dewayne Rhodes, 23, wanton endangerment, brandishing, discharge of weapon within 500 feet of residence, no concealed weapon permit. - Christopher Anderson, 29, grand larceny, two counts petit larceny, tampering with vehicle, two counts destruction of property, revoked DUI.
