Iris June Conley, 63 - Spencer

Iris June Conley, 63, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Saturday, April 7, 2007, at home.

She was born October 6, 1943, at Zona, Roane County, a daughter of the late Delbert and Isabel Davis Watson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Ann Murray and Ella Faye Watson.

She was a homemaker and a former employee of the Spencer Hospital and the Spring Heights United Methodist Church Conference Center, Spencer. She was a 1961 graduate of the Spencer High School and a member of the Cherry Valley Community Church, Spencer.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Conley; daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Garry Harvey of Parkersburg, Patti and Charlie Starcher of Spencer; sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Michele Conley, Timmy and Missy Conley all of Spencer; brother, Dorsey Watson of Ripley; sister, Sue Hickman of Spencer; ten grandchildren, Kayla and her husband, Wes White, Brittany and Sarah Harvey, Whitney and Matthew Starcher, Amanda and Joseph Conley, Sadie Conley, Morgan Louviere and Preston Wood; one great grandchild, Dylen White.

A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, April 11 at 11:00 a.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Kenneth Tanner officiating. Burial will be in the Miller-Pleasant Rest Cemetery, Spencer.

Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday, April 10 after 6:00 p.m.
