BANDY TRIAL POSTPONED

A trial set to begin today for former Calhoun chief deputy Ron Bandy has been postponed. Special prosecutor Gerald B. Hough requested the delay, saying a number of witnesses in the Bandy case were employees of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources in Grantsville. Hough said they have indicated a desire to attend the funeral of their manager, James Morford, who died last Thursday. A new trial date has not be set.
