| William Hoy Meadows, 74, of Calhoun County, West Virginia, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2007 at Charleston, WV.
He was born April 27, 1932 in Calhoun County, the son of the late Hoy and Nola Meadows.
He is survived by one daughter, Ada Smith of of Davisville; one son, John Meadows and his wife Robin of Parkersburg; one sister, Blonda Meadows Richards of Parkersburg; seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews; and companion for many years, Pauline (Pine) Richards.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sons, William Monroe and Denny Lee Meadows; one daughter, Nola Johnston; and one sister, Alice Meadows McCormick.
Funeral arrangements were made by his companion, Pauline Richards with services 2 p.m. Monday, March 12 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Rev. Kevin Church will officiate. Interment will be in the Big Springs Cemetery.
