FLINN'S MURDER RE-TRIAL STARTS MONDAY

A re-trial is scheduled to begin Monday for an Elizabeth man who was accused of a double murder in Wirt County in April, 2005. Roger Flinn, 46, was accused of shooting Russell Ray Eastham and his girlfriend Sylvia Fittro, at their Rt. 14 residence between Palestine and the Roane County line.
